1. Strengthening the general policy for performance evaluation and quality assurance at the college.
2. Preparing specialized and qualified human resources in the field of performance evaluation and quality assurance.
3. Enhancing the satisfaction of service recipients.
4. Achieving cooperation and mutual benefit with national, regional and global quality assurance and accreditation units, centers, bodies and organizations.
5. Developing improvement plans in various fields based on the results of self-assessment. Diagnosing obstacles to performance development in the college and proposing solutions and developing plans for improvement in various fields.
